By providing leadership coaching, Shirly teaches her clients how to prioritize their efforts to stand out and get the promotion or higher level job faster.
Shirly started as an automotive engineer 18 years ago and pivoted to digital marketing post her MBA. She works at Google with Agency partners to grow their business. She lives with her family in India.
She has coached 50+ folks this year on topics ranging from : building action plans to help get the next promotion, getting clarity on which roles to apply for, how to do better stakeholder management, influencing cross-functional teams, up-leveling team's performance, managing time and having better work-life balance.
Outside of her day job, she loves reading books with happy endings, watching K-drama, taking vacations with her family,
trying to playing the piano and connecting with folks about coaching.
